At the heart of our outreach program is a simple yet powerful mission: to bring care and compassion to those who need it the most. In the streets of Pomona, we meet individuals who are less privileged those who are homeless or struggling to make ends meet. Through every interaction, we aim to remind them they are not forgotten, and that hope is always within reach.

Our incredible team of volunteers walks alongside these individuals, offering a warm meal, clothing, and essentials to help ease their struggles. But it’s more than just the tangible support it’s about creating a connection, lending a listening ear, and letting them know they are valued. These small acts of kindness often spark something much bigger: a sense of belonging, hope, and a path forward.
